Hand harvested from the Fiddlers Green vineyard on Georges Rd. Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in one year old French oak puncheons. On lees for 10 months before racking and bottling.

A spicy oaked Chardonnay like ours complement full flavoured savoury dishes such as chicken, veal and rabbit with creamy, garlic or lemon flavoured sauces. The creamy, fruit-driven flavours are sublime alongside a dessert of poached pears.
