From the 242 vineyard on Georges Rd, our Pinot Gris is machine harvested and left to soak overnight. Pressed off the next day and racked to puncheons. A slow, wild yeast ferment. On lees for 10 months prior to assemblage and bottling.
"A stylish complex style, the fragrant bouquet shows yellow peach and ripe citrus aromas and hints of almond and vanilla. It's ripe and weighty on the palate with excellent fruit intensity and rich texture, leading to a lingering silky finish. A wonderful dry expression, the juice was fermented in large French oak barrels and matured for 12 months." Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, October 2014
