Winemaking Notes

Hand harvested from the Dunnolly Vineyard on Church Rd. Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented in a blend of oak barriques and puncheons. On lees for 12 months before racking and bottling.

Tasting Notes

"  This is an elegant, tightly structured wine.  Barrel-fermented, it is medium to full-bodied, with vibrant, citrusy, slightly buttery flavours, good acid spine, and mealy, biscuity notes adding complexity"  FOUR STARS,  Winestate Magazine Nov 2016

A spicy oaked Chardonnay like ours complement full flavoured savoury dishes such as chicken, veal and rabbit with creamy, garlic or lemon based sauces.
